We deliver pet food, litter, toys and supplies nationwide from our Mirpur 10 base in Dhaka. Delivery is cash-friendly (BDT), with clear flat rates — no surprise fees at the door.

Delivery charges

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. Choose your district at checkout to see the fee.

  • Dhaka district: ৳80
  • Every other district: ৳150
  • Free delivery when merchandise total reaches ৳3,000

Timelines

Most Dhaka orders leave the same or next day. Outside Dhaka, expect 1–3 days in transit after dispatch, depending on courier coverage.

We message you when the order is confirmed and again when it ships. Keep your phone on for the courier.

Payment

Pay cash on delivery across Bangladesh, or prepay by card or mobile banking (bKash, Nagad and similar). Have the exact order total ready if you choose cash on delivery.
